Premiere Philadelphia – Our Annual Hair Show!

After a grueling renovation, our brand new team worked under the same roof for three whole days… then carpooled to Philadelphia!

Several of us had never attended a hair show of this caliber, so it was fun to experience this with fresh eyes and open minds. Suzanna might or might not have coordinated the most epic scavenger hunt EVER to spice things up a little (and to team build).

It’s safe to say that the stylists all came home with fresh inspiration, excitement for the trends, and overall more understanding of how to execute specific colors and styles for which we are aiming.

That… and a boatload of beauty shopping. Several of us invested in new shears (or had ours sharpened), new blow-dryers, new irons, etc.

This was the first hair show that even ALL of our assistants were able to attend! On top of attending classes pertaining to overall salon management and marketing, several of us attended a class on how we, the service providers, can spot when one of our guests is being abused. We truly care about each and every one of you and wanted to have a collective mind about this!
